The very first Czech golf course was opened here in Karlovy Vary in 1904. Thanks to the tradition and great popularity of the local people and tourists, golf has developed here a lot since then. Now, in the town and its nearest environment you can choose from three golf resorts.

Golf & Racing Club Karlovy Vary
(18 holes / 9 tees )

This golf course is situated right in the town, near the shopping centre of Varyáda. It was built in the middle of a horse-racing course and thanks to a unique project you can walk all 18 greens in such a small area. There is only one exception that you can use each tee twice, each time in a different direction.

Golf Resort Karlovy Vary (18 holes)

You can find the Golf Resort Karlovy Vary at the edge of the town of Karlovy Vary (5 km from the centre) towards Prague. It belongs to the oldest golf resorts in Central Europe. Important golf tournaments of European level are held here.

About 4 km from the centre of Karlovy Vary towards Plzeň (Pilsen) there is the golf course of Astoria Golf Resort Cihelny. Apart from a classical 18- hole course, you can play Pitch and Putt on the so called „ small eighteen“ – Honey Course. Even without a green card.
